I had a pretty good time at Kalyon Hotel Istanbul, mainly because of its excellent views and cleanliness. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from major attractions. Unfortunately, I found the breakfast lacking and the noise from the boulevard was a bit disruptive. Still, I'd consider staying here again due to the lovely environment.

My stay at Kalyon Hotel Istanbul had a lot of positives, especially the amazing views of the Bosphorus and a convenient location just a short walk from iconic sites like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The breakfast offered a decent variety, although I would have preferred a bit more. On the downside, I found the room sound insulation to be lacking, and there were definitely some inconsistencies with the reception staff's willingness to help.
